Role Overview
The USRM Data Analytics and Engineering (DAE) team seeks a data engineering leader passionate about driving results through dynamic teams, with expertise in Agile methodologies and servant leadership. This role involves managing our Digital Tagging, Analytics Implementation, and Data Engineering teams, overseeing digital data collection infrastructure, advanced tracking solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with tag management platforms like Tealium or Google Tag Manager, and analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics, CJA, CDP, and Google Analytics, along with a solid foundation in JavaScript and front-end development.
The leader will oversee teams responsible for digital data collection from initial goal setting to reporting, ensuring a trustworthy data foundation and promoting data literacy. Additionally, the role involves mentoring data engineers, designing and maintaining data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and accessibility, with expertise in SQL and ETL processes.
This position is based in Boston, Portsmouth, Seattle, Plano, or remote, within the US Retail Markets (USRM) Technology team, reporting to the Director of Business Data Solutions Engineering within the USRM DAE team.
