Regeneron is seeking a Manager, Development Program Management to join our Development Program Management function. Based in Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY, this hybrid role drives strategic planning and execution of development program timelines, budgets, and goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will track deliverables, risks, and issues, facilitate alignment on key strategic documents, manage planning systems, and communicate status to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in drug development/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Familiarity with cross-functional development team structures (e.g., Strategic Program Teams).
• Demonstrated sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Ability to take feedback and setbacks constructively.

We are seeking a Manager, Development Program Management to join our Development Program Management function, supporting drug development programs from preclinical through commercialization in a hybrid work model based in Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will help drive strategic planning and execution of development program timelines, budgets, and goals while collaborating with cross-functional Strategic Program Team members across the organization.
