We are seeking a Manager, Development Program Management to join our Development Program Management function, supporting drug development programs from preclinical through commercialization in a hybrid work model based in Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will help drive strategic planning and execution of development program timelines, budgets, and goals while collaborating with cross-functional Strategic Program Team members across the organization. This Role Requires

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience

Experience In Drug Development/pharmaceutical Industry Preferred

• Familiarity with cross-functional development team structures (e.g., Strategic Program Teams)
• Demonstrated sound judgment and critical thinking
• Ability to take feedback and setbacks constructively
