Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Manager to lead a team of developer advocates within AWS Developer Experience. You will own the strategy for how we engage millions of developers through content, events, and programs, serving as the bridge between developer needs and what service teams build.

You will partner with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure the developer voice informs the roadmap and that AWS products land with the people building on AWS every day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience building developer-facing content or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to engage with developers, understand their needs, and bring valuable insights to service teams.
• Collaborate with service teams, marketing, and solutions architects to shape developer relations and influence roadmaps.
