Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Manager to lead a team of developer advocates responsible for how millions of developers learn, build with, and talk about AWS. You will own the strategy for presence in the developer community through content, events, and engagement, and act as the connective tissue between developer needs and service team outputs.

The role requires 5+ years of software development and 3+ years in team leadership, with a proven ability to build scalable developer programs

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years of team leadership and development experience.
• Experience managing a team of individual contributors.
• Track record of building and scaling developer community programs.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on developer feedback.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $174,500 - $305,500 USD annually (USA, CA, San Francisco); $167,000 - $292,200 USD annually (USA, NY, New York); $151,800 - $265,600 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle).
