Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Communications & Marketing Manager to own communications, content, and enablement for the AWS Builder Experience team. You will drive the story across audiences, writing launch content and building scalable resources that connect our work to AWS goals.

This high-visibility role collaborates with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing teams to shape messaging, with up to 40% travel to support major AWS events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience communicating results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the communications strategy and measurement framework for Builder Experience products.
• Create resources, guides, and programs that help people discover and get value from Builder Experience products.
• Translate technical work into clear, audience-appropriate content and build scalable playbooks for communications workflows.
• Craft compelling narratives that connect our work to broader AWS and Amazon goals.
• Support messaging for events (re:Invent, AWS Summits, Heroes Summit) including pre/post event comms and recap content.
• Define success metrics that connect communications effectiveness to product adoption and business outcomes and own measurement frameworks.
