As our Denials Mitigation Manager , you will serve as the first line of communication from the Denials Mitigation Services department to the client team(s) . Every day you will identify, define, and present scope of Charters to the client team(s), manage and lead client meetings, and analyze denials data by denial categories. To thrive in this role, you must possess time management and analytical skills.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Denials Mitigation Manager:

  • Gather the correct resources and delegate Charter tasks to teams.

  • Track and manage active charters within the R1 Planning Application.

  • Report to internal team on global initiatives that could further denial progress across R1 client base.

  • Collaborate with Customer Partners, Performance Management, and Service Delivery to streamline and consolidate denials communication for all departments working on client initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in denial management/revenue cycle management working with hospitals in operations, compliance, clinical, or finance areas.

  • 5+ years of experience working in business intelligence tools; Power BI, Tableau, or related tools.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $69,556.00 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
