Job summary

EnableComp is a healthcare revenue cycle management company that helps hospitals recover billions in complex claims using AI-driven technology. EnableComp seeks a demand generation marketer in the United States to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels, owning pipeline targets and reporting progress toward revenue goals.

As the first dedicated content hire, you will create blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture emails,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years in B2B demand gen
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strong writing and analytical skills; comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic.
• Own pipeline targets and report on performance against revenue goals.
• Manage budget and track ROI, reallocating based on channel performance.
• Create blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture emails.
• Build a scalable content calendar and production workflow.
• Ensure all content reflects current positioning and messaging.
• Partner with GTM Engineer on campaign automation and data needs.
• Collaborate with Event Marketing on webinar promotion and lead nurture.
• Work with Product Marketing and SDRs on lead handoff and MQL quality.
