Position Purpose: Manages data reliability and observability frameworks to ensure data trustworthiness, operational excellence, and system performance. Leads a team of engineers responsible for proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and real-time alerting. Manages the overall data platform and infrastructure and mentors the team of data engineers. Supports developing processes, and expanding technology roadmap, planning features, measuring outputs, and ensuring quality products. They will also derive analytical insights from a variety of business contexts and communicate those insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
