The Data Operations team provides oversight of the data generated throughout the campaign delivery and performance optimization throughout its lifecycle. They will also work with other internal practice teams of Digital Analytics, Planning, and Digital Investment. This resource will provide oversight of all digital media buys to ensure that they are following process, purchased, and inputs according to organizational standards. This role requires a strong familiarity with all available analytics and technology tools, both syndicated and proprietary. Candidate must have a mindset towards fostering processes through automation.
The Manager of Data Operations & Analytics serves as a strategic bridge between Digital Media, Analytics, and offshore technology teams, ensuring optimized campaign delivery and performance through robust data governance, process automation, and technical excellence across all phases of campaign management. This role is responsible for guiding the development, oversight, and execution of data-driven solutions that enable reliable, governed data flows—leveraging API connections, ETL/ELT processes, and data accuracy initiatives to support both internal operations and client deliverables.
The Manager leads a specialized team of analysts on high-profile client engagements, empowering them to analyze performance data and deliver actionable, data-driven insights that shape strategic marketing direction while collaborating with media planners, strategists, and media partners to monitor live campaign performance and create optimization recommendations. This position uniquely combines operational leadership and technical acumen—balancing process innovation, data governance, and analytical rigor to drive operational excellence and competitive insights for both internal teams and external client partnerships.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$100,000—$120,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
