Job summary

Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Manager, Data Integrity to oversee the accuracy and completeness of chart acquisition across Revenue Cycle Management. You will liaise with vendors, clients, hospital systems, and internal teams to ensure data flow, issue resolution, and operational excellence.

The role analyzes trends, monitors KPIs, and leads initiatives to improve data quality and revenue capture. Healthcare experience and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience in healthcare data integrity and chart auditing/optimization preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for trending/exception reporting.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and chart acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from EMRs and hospital systems to monitor record volumes and ensure data integrity.
• Research, retrieve, validate, and reconcile chart acquisition discrepancies across vendors and clients.
• Act as escalation point for data integrity issues and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation to support scalable operations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide leadership with insights on chart acquisition performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives to enhance data quality and revenue capture.

The Manager, Data Integrity is responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of chart acquisition and related data across Revenue Cycle Management operations. This leader serves as the primary liaison among vendors, clients, hospital systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, timely issue resolution, and operational excellence. The role analyzes trends, monitors performance metrics, leads process improvements, and drives strategic initiatives that optimize chart acquisition and revenue capture.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from internal and external systems, reports, and hospital EMRs to monitor record volumes, identify variances, and ensure data integrity.
• Utilize hospital electronic medical records (EMRs) and ancillary systems to research, retrieve, validate, and reconcile chart acquisition discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for data integrity issues, ensuring timely identification, resolution, and communication to stakeholders.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and manage projects with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation to support scalable operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that enhance data quality, operational performance, and revenue capture.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting and insights to leadership on chart acquisition and data integrity performance.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support operational success and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• MHA or other Master’s degree preferred

• Chart Auditing/Optimization experience preferred.
