Compensation: $125,000 to $145,000 per year

Manager of Data Insights – Customer Analytics

Summary: Manager of Data Insights to lead customer analytics and intelligence initiatives across the organization. The role oversees traditional customer analytics, including segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, and digital analytics, while monitoring customer trends and informing business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within customer data to inform business priorities. Utilize AI‑assisted and generative BI platforms (e.g., LLM‑based solutions) to support analysis.
  • Develop business intelligence solutions to enable a diverse set of stakeholders to explore data, uncover new insights, and take action. Manage audience segmentation and data accessibility.
  • Partner with internal teams to offer strategic insights, review and translate findings, make actionable recommendations, and measure program success.
  • Ensure responsible, governed, and transparent use of AI in analytics workflows, maintaining accuracy and integrity of AI‑generated outputs.
  • Lead support for analytics tools including Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, including access management.
  • Package and communicate trends and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in customer analytics, data insights, or a related field with demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and predictive modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights for non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and analytics best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Additional graduate certificates in analytics or reporting are preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst or Tableau Desktop Certified is preferred.
