FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Data Governance Leader to drive our enterprise data governance program, ensuring trusted data assets to support growth, compliance and member experience. You will lead policies, data dictionaries, lineage, quality metrics, and collaboration with business and IT teams, with emphasis on Snowflake and data transformation.

Leads our data governance initiatives, ensuring that our data assets are properly managed, protected, and leveraged to drive business value. This role is responsible for spearheading and executing FourLeaf's enterprise data governance strategy, ensuring the effective development and adoption of trusted, high-quality data assets that enable the achievement of our enterprise strategy. This includes leveraging data to drive growth of our loan and deposit portfolio, enhance member experience, and ensure regulatory compliance, while maintaining the integrity, security, and quality of our data assets.
Strong background in strong background in data governance, data protection, data security, and master data management, as well as expertise in Snowflake and data transformation.
This position is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.

The estimated salary for this role is $117,456.00 to $146,819.00 annually.
