This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction and coach your team while still diving into the data yourself.

  • Own the roll out of our new analytics and BI platform, Sigma. Collaborate with the data engineering team and business stakeholders to prioritize continued development.

  • Evaluate and manage third-party market data sources (e.g., market share panels, marketplace intelligence tools, web traffic benchmarks) and combine them with internal data to build a complete view of our position in the category.
  • Support merchandising and inventory decisions with analysis of assortment performance, pricing, markdowns, demand forecasting, and sell-through
  • Design and analyze A/B tests on site experience, pricing, and promotions, and translate results into clear recommendations.

  • Establish Data Governance best practices for documentation, metric definitions, and self-service reporting.
  • Create and Deploy AI agents to be used by different teams in the organization.
