Job summary

Temple Health, including Temple Faculty Practice, is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead report automation and data integration efforts across multiple Temple Physician Groups in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on data modeling, lifecycle analysis, and delivering scalable data solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure quality controls across the health system’s analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Math, CS, Statistics or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analytics or related role.
• Experience with MSSQL and T-SQL in production environments.
• Proficiency with Python, R or SAS for analytics.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

For the Health System in a University (Temple Faculty Practice Plan, Inc. d/b/a Temple Faculty Physicians - Philadelphia, PA): support and maintain processes of report automation and data integration for Temple Physician Groups including, but not limited to, TFP, MGI, TPI, CHC, and Population Health; identify, monitor, and evaluate and advise on the best practices for data integration, data modeling and report automation; conduct full data lifecycle analysis; engage Groups in requirements gathering, perform analysis and collection of data, subsequently develop and implement solutions; maintain continuous monitoring of performance and quality controls to identify improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. Bachelor of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2. 5 years of experience in the job offeredor 5 years of experience in data analytics. The required experience must include MSSQL, T-SQL at a production level, database management system Oracle or SQL Server, analytical and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS).
