Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead data-driven decision making in the United States. You will build expertise on Gartner research assets to inform insights and partner with stakeholders to understand business needs.

You will coach the team to solve complex problems, develop robust analytical methodologies, and automate dashboards and reporting for efficiency. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Power BI is required, with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive business analytics and strategy experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred, in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, CS, or OR.
• Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Attention to data hygiene, quality checks, and documentation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools preferred.

Requirements
