Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Analyze project, customer, vendor, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and scorecards to support consistent measurement across business units.
• Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision making.
• Lead reporting automation, process improvements, and special analytical projects that enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning, finance analytics, business analytics, strategic finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial performance analysis, profitability reporting, and operational metrics.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Maintain experience working with large financial and operational data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
