Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that support organizational objectives.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting tools to evaluate business performance and future growth opportunities.
• Analyze operational and financial trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Lead finance related projects and initiatives while supporting strategic planning and business improvement efforts.
• Create clear and impactful reporting materials that translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high quality analysis in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify meaningful trends.
• Previous experience developing dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and data visualizations for executive audiences.
