About the Team

The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. We’re building the world’s leading last-mile logistics platform and creating the best experience for gig workers to achieve their financial goals. We own the full Dasher lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to earnings and order assignment, rewards, and recognition—and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to ensure a seamless experience for Dashers at any stage.

About the Role

You will play an integral role in shaping our Dasher strategy at DoorDash. Your primary goal will be to improve Dasher retention and engagement by identifying key pain points, analyzing how the system operates on the ground, and translating insights into high-impact bets that improve the Dasher experience. You’ll define what a great Dasher experience looks like in practice, build programs and partnerships that support it, and develop tools and feedback loops to measure Dasher sentiment and ensure the Dasher voice informs key decisions. You’ll scale impact through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and work to create long-term value across DoorDash’s audiences. This role reports to a Director on our Dasher & Logistics team within Strategy & Operations.

• Drive ideas from concept to scale by incubating, testing, and scaling 0-1 programs, partnerships, and operational bets that improve key KPIs and the overall Dasher experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to bring ideas to life
• Represent the Dasher voice across the organization by building tools, processes, and feedback loops that keep stakeholder decisions grounded in Dasher needs

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this role will fall within the market range and is determined by factors including skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized by work location. The compensation package may include equity and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, parental leave, wellness programs, and more).
