Job summary

EY seeks a Cyber AI Engineer Manager to apply frontier AI models to security challenges, delivering from prototype to production within EY's Cyber practice. You will lead delivery and stay hands-on through architecture, reviews, and troubleshooting, collaborating with frontier model providers and researchers to turn findings into actionable engineering requirements.

You will also contribute to proposals, demonstrations, thought leadership, and account growth while building reusable components

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years. Hands-on software engineering and 1–2 years AI/ML deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets; mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Partner with frontier model providers to evaluate capabilities and translate findings into engineering requirements.
• Develop reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
