Job summary

EY seeks a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to blend hands‑on engineering with delivery leadership, applying frontier AI models to real security challenges for clients. You will deploy AI workflows, evaluate systems, and lead cross‑functional teams from prototype to production while mentoring Consultants.

You will stay hands‑on through architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting, partnering with frontier model providers to translate findings into engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years hands-on software engineering; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions, building or deploying frontier AI models for cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of security operations, threat investigation, and incident automation; DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical ownership of client security AI projects from requirements to deployment.
• Lead delivery, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional engineering while mentoring staff.
• Architect, review code, and troubleshoot integration with frontier model providers and security platforms.
• Develop reusable evaluation suites, playbooks, and demonstrations for client proposals.
• Communicate model behavior, results, and security trade‑offs to technical and executive audiences.
