Graybar seeks a Manager, Customer Service to oversee customer service, administrative, operations, and logistics staff in the Florida branch to help achieve sales, financial and service goals. You will assist the Branch Manager in managing resources within the branch and set branch schedules.

The role requires SAP and Microsoft Office experience, strong supervisory leadership, and problem-solving ability. 1+ year experience; 2-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service or branch operations.
• 2 year degree preferred.
• Experience supervising customer service, administrative, warehouse, and transportation staff.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office for daily operations.
