Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Manager Customer Logistics to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team focused on account management and operational goals.

You will drive customer service excellence, staffing, and scheduling while ensuring Health & Safety and regulatory compliance across the function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced logistics knowledge required.
• Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $72,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:00pm-4:00am or 3:00pm-11pm
• Flexibility to work additional days and hours to meet business needs is preferred
• Transportation leadership experience preferred
• Driver management experience is preferred

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
