In this role, you are primarily responsible for uncovering and synthesizing customer attitudes and perceptions related to various aspects of the retail pharmacy business. You may also be responsible for 'owning' insights for specific parts of the business and customer (ex. Immunizations, OTC medication, etc.).
You will work with business partners to understand objectives and context. Then, you will help plan actionable, insightful, timely, and cost-effective studies to uncover the relevant customer truths, and partner with research suppliers to execute the work. Learning plans may include a variety of methodologies and data sources (e.g., custom quant surveys, AI-Powered Synthetic Research (Agentic Twins), focus groups, ongoing trackers, syndicated data synthesis, reviewing historical documents, etc.). Upon completion of research, you will synthesize the insights into concise summaries and actionable story.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
