Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Customer Development Manager to connect with top On-Premise accounts, drive growth, and elevate our premium brands in a fast-paced market. You will be the face of our portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering measurable impact through targeted programs and activations.

You will work in a hybrid role based in the United States, with travel up to 30% and collaboration across distributor partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in alcohol beverages or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30%.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, performance tracking, and digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Pernod Ricard USA contact for key On-Premise accounts, building consultative relationships.
  • Drive portfolio performance by executing monthly and quarterly sales programs and brand initiatives.
  • Increase brand visibility through POS materials and consumer sampling events.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities by leveraging market trends and consumer insights.
  • Manage budgets, track sales activity, and maintain records using mobile and desktop tools.
  • Partner with trade education teams to deliver training and brand storytelling.

The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $90,500.00 to $113,100.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What you’ll do

  • Manage budgets, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records using mobile and desktop tools.
  • Partner with trade education teams to deliver impactful training and brand storytelling to key stakeholders.
