Role Overview

Sodexohas an exciting, remote opening for aManager of Culinary Systemsto join our team.The successful candidate will support recipe optimization and related strategic initiatives and engage in the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredients, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, recipe data entry, brand led recipe alignment, brand led order guide alignment.

This is a remote position; however, proximity to our Corporate Headquarters in N. Bethesda, MD is highly preferred

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Recipe optimization for right product, preparation methodology, and brand standardization
  • Support recipe optimization strategy
  • Collaborate with culinary and ingredient teams
  • Documentation and reporting out KPI’s
