Fleet Data Centers in Texas is seeking a Manager, Critical Systems to lead administration, reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of DCIM, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, CMMS and related platforms. The Manager, Critical Systems is responsible for the administration, reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of Fleet’s critical operational systems, including DCIM, BMS, EPMS, SCADA interfaces, CMMS, and related operational platforms. This leader ensures these systems are accurate, available, well-controlled, and useful to the field.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, engineering, data quality, and systems governance. The Manager will build disciplined processes for access control, data standards, integrations, release management, and operational support while partnering closely with site teams and engineering stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

$120,000 - $150,000 + Discretionary Bonus
