Manager, CRA Strategy & Program Management

The CRA Strategy & Program Management (S&PM) team partners with lines of business across the enterprise to sustain Capital One’s longstanding Outstanding CRA performance. We maintain high data quality and control standards, and develop and support effective strategies with each applicable business. Most importantly, we manage CRA examinations by showing the bank examiners how Capital One effectively responds to the lending, investment, and service needs of the communities where we do business. We convey Capital One's comprehensive and durable approach to improving the financial well-being of low- and moderate-income people and neighborhoods.

The CRA Strategy & Program Management Community Development (CD) Qualification team is looking for a self-starting Manager to play a critical role in support of the company’s efforts to continue our track record of outstanding CRA performance. Be the brains behind the scenes to move community development projects and data-related initiatives forward to help meet CRA objectives. Use your keen eye for detail to review data and research details, while using your judgment to make decisions. In addition to digging in the data, this position allows you to partner and engage with other team members to collaboratively clarify data points to accurately and effectively report findings. Like piecing together a puzzle, this role allows you to find the details and put them together to tell a very important and compelling Capital One CRA story.
