Paramount’s Products, Publishing & Experiences (PP&E) team is seeking a Manager, Consumer Packaged Goods & Promotions to support the execution of high-impact partnerships across CPG and promotional categories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment and is enthusiastic about bringing iconic entertainment brands to life through consumer‑facing programs. You’ll manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, drive program execution, and contribute to revenue growth across key categories including Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, and Promotions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help deliver integrated, franchise‑driven campaigns tied to Paramount’s portfolio spanning Kids & Family, theatrical releases, and adult‑focused brands.
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 128,400.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
