Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.
• Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
• Manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including supervising tax professionals and assistants.
• Build and maintain client relationships, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality tax advice.
• Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and budgets.
• Contribute to external market and business activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with a one-year window to obtain an approved credential if not already held.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
