The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA) is seeking a Manager of Corporate Relations to lead the Corporate Membership Program and drive revenue through member engagement, consulate outreach, and sponsorships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will coordinate enrollment, renewals, events, stewardship, and communications, while growing corporate partnerships.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in development, marketing, events, sales, or related fields.
• Strong project management demonstrated in complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Poise, maturity, and a collaborative team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight; some evenings/weekends required.
• Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA).
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
• Experience stewarding corporate sponsors and donors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with 100+ corporate partner companies through meetings, events, email, and outreach.
• Solicit annual corporate membership gifts and renewals; recruit and upgrade members.
• Identify and cultivate sponsorship opportunities and high-potential sponsors.
• Develop and implement a calendar of corporate engagement and lead coordination of corporate-led events and activations.
• Draft and administer all corporate member communications including invitations and newsletters.
• Oversee benefits fulfillment and donor records; ensure proper gift documentation.
• Create and manage the corporate relations budget with cross-team input.
• Advance the MFA’s consulate strategy to broaden audiences and sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with Annual Programs, Membership, Corporate Sponsorship, and Prospect Research to identify partners.
