MANAGER, CRE REGIONAL MARKET
Oversee the RE responsibilities for an assigned geographic region. This position is responsible for managing the development of RE strategic plans and their impact on the corporation. Additionally, it involves executing strategies, policies, processes, and controls across all RE disciplines, with a focus on cost control, image, and standardization.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Assist in developing the regional RE strategic plan and evaluate its impact on the market.
- Execute strategies and develop policies, processes, and controls related to all RE disciplines, emphasizing cost control, image, and standardization.
Vendor Management
- Manage regional vendor relationships and monitor key performance metrics.
- Resolve vendor-related issues.
- Participate in business reviews with major third-party vendors in the assigned market.
Financial Management
- Conduct financial analysis, develop the annual budget, and lead RE planning in the region.
- Ensure budget adherence.
- Analyze situations, recommend actions, and oversee implementation.
- Manage expenses to maintain superior facility appearance and efficient operations within budget.
- Manage vacancies to optimize the portfolio.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Technology Retail, Security, Procurement, Business Continuity, and Compliance to support corporate initiatives.
- Meet with senior executives to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Facility Management
- Deliver superior service to ensure a safe, efficient, clean, and productive environment.
- Preserve assets.
Transaction Management
- Guide lease negotiations for dispositions, leases, renewals, and subleases.
- Ensure lease compliance.
- Manage real estate brokers for lease opportunities.
- Assist with lease audits.
Project Management
- Coordinate with the Project Management Manager on projects like new retail centers and improvement projects.
- Oversee projects and executive requests.
- Ensure compliance with space standards, vendor diversity goals, disaster recovery, environmental, energy, and other process improvements.
