Qualifications

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is a premium sports and entertainment company that owns UFC, WWE, and other major properties. The role described below is focused on leading the company’s M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments across the entertainment, sports, and media sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the M&A and investments pipeline.
  • Evaluate and execute acquisition, JV, partnership, and investment opportunities with a minimum transaction size of $50,000,000.
  • Lead industry‑ and business‑level due diligence and oversee confirmatory accounting, tax, and legal due diligence.
  • Perform financial and valuation modeling, including revenue/cost builds, cash‑flow forecasting, debt/equity capital structures, leveraged buyouts, and accretion/dilution analysis.
  • Negotiate transaction terms and prepare transaction memos, strategic rationales, and deal return summaries for executive leadership.
  • Supervise internal teams and external advisors (accountants, consultants, lawyers) throughout the deal cycle.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership at both the corporate level and individual business units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • At least four years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar role with a track record of involvement in M&A transactions.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to balance multiple, diverse projects with disparate timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen interest in learning about investing, M&A execution, and the entertainment, sports and media industries.
  • Experience evaluating business models and investment opportunities across industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions and investments exceeding $50,000,000.
  • Proficiency in leading and coordinating due diligence teams, including accountants, consultants, and lawyers.
  • Financial modeling expertise, including development of revenue and cost builds, cash‑flow forecasting, capital‑structure modeling, leveraged buyouts, and accretion/dilution analysis.
  • Preparation of analytical reports, memoranda, and executive presentations.
  • Strong interaction and negotiation skills with leadership teams of client or portfolio companies.
Early/Post‑Experience
  • Managing and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Understanding basic legal deal structures and their implications.
  • Negotiating deal terms across transaction documents and contracts.
Compensation

Base salary range: $135,000 - $180,000 annually (subject to local minimum thresholds and applicable state/local regulations). The company offers additional short‑ and long‑term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and a robust benefits package including health care, retirement, vacation, and paid time off.
