Job summary

TKO is seeking a strategic finance professional to lead development and execution of its M&A, partnerships, and investments growth across entertainment, sports, and media. You will manage the deal pipeline, conduct rigorous analysis, and collaborate with executive leadership across corporate and unit levels.

• Experience in each of: analyzing business models, evaluating investment opportunities, executing M&A/investment transactions >$50M, coordinating due diligence, evaluating financial statements, and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of TKO’s M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments growth strategy across the entertainment, sports, and media industries.
• Manage the M&A and investments pipeline, evaluate and execute acquisition, joint‑venture/partnership, and investment opportunities.
• Participate in corporate strategic planning activities and work directly with executive leadership at both the corporate level and individual business units.
• Supervise internal teams and external advisors and consultants.
• Lead industry and business‑level due diligence, and oversee confirmatory accounting, tax, and legal due diligence.
• Perform financial and valuation modeling for specific opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and negotiate across transaction documents.
• Synthesize, prepare, and present transaction memos describing strategic rationale, key industry trends, business description, and deal/investment returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• At least four (4) years of combined experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar role.
• Self‑starter with ability to balance multiple, diverse projects with disparate timelines.
• Intellectual curiosity and keen interest to learn more about investing, M&A execution, and the entertainment, sports and media industries.
• Must have significant and demonstrable experience in each of the following skills:
  • Analyzing business models and evaluating investment opportunities (regardless of industry).
  • Executing domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions and investment opportunities in excess of $50 million.
  • Supervising and coordinating internal and external due diligence teams, accountants, consultants, and lawyers.
  • Evaluating income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for domestic and foreign public and private companies.
  • Financial modelling, including developing revenue and cost builds, forecasting cash flow, forecasting debt and equity capital structures, modelling levered buyouts and accretion/dilution analysis.
  • Preparing reports, memos or presentations for external or executive consumption.
  • Interacting with leadership and management teams of either client or portfolio companies.
• Candidate must have some early experience:
  • Managing and mentoring younger professionals.
  • Understanding basic legal deal structures and respective considerations.
  • Negotiating deal terms across transaction documents and contracts.

Hiring Rate Minimum

$135,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum

$180,000 annually
