  • Support the full acquisition lifecycle, from initial opportunity evaluation through transaction close.

  • Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, underwriting materials, and other transaction-related analyses for tuck-in acquisitions.

  • Partner with Directors on larger and more complex transactions by providing financial analysis, coordinating diligence activities, and supporting deal execution.

  • Prepare investment committee materials, transaction overviews, executive presentations, and other decision-support materials.

  • Support the preparation and management of Letters of Intent (LOIs), transaction trackers, and coordination with external advisors.

  • Coordinate and support diligence activities across legal, accounting, operational, compliance, and other functional workstreams.

  • Help manage transaction timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items to keep deals progressing efficiently.

  • Support post-close tracking, integration, and transition activities as needed.

  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective transaction execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality, sound judgment, and professionalism.

  • Genuine interest in M&A, investing, and building a long-term career within a sponsor-backed organization.

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
