For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee core corporate accounting activities, technical accounting matters, and financial reporting support in a complex, fast-paced environment. The position will partner closely with corporate functions to ensure accurate transaction recording, strong balance sheet governance, and timely insights into business results. It also includes driving process improvements, supporting ERP implementation efforts, and strengthening accounting procedures and controls.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate ledger activities and technical accounting matters
• Lead analytical reviews of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Identify risks and opportunities in accounting areas and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with corporate functions to ensure accurate transaction recording
• Support ERP implementation and account reconciliation enhancements
• Lead process improvement initiatives using established framework-based methodologies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for accounting areas

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in technical accounting and applying US GAAP
• Familiarity with quarterly business results and financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for all management levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to support flexible schedules during peak periods
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
