Purpose

We are looking for a strategic, highly execution‑oriented Content Marketing Manager to help build the next generation of content marketing at TP North America. This role will own our thought leadership webinar program, using Goldcast to create high‑value experiences for priority buyer audiences and turn those experiences into scalable content that fuels engagement throughout the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate is a strong content strategist, editor, storyteller, and program manager who can turn executive expertise, customer insights, market trends, and TP’s differentiated capabilities into webinars and content that moves buyers from interest to consideration and buying action.

A major focus will be building a thought leadership and middle‑of‑the‑funnel webinar engine, then extending the value of each webinar through GenAI‑enabled and human‑edited content—including short‑form video, social, email, nurture, executive, and sales enablement assets.

The role supports both vertical and horizontal lines of business, developing content that addresses the priorities of key buyer personas and supports integrated marketing, ABM‑focused demand generation, and sales programs.

This is an opportunity for a marketer who sees content not as an asset‑production function, but as a growth engine.

This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and Canada and be eligible to work in the US and Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Webinar Program

Own and continuously evolve TP’s thought leadership webinar program using Goldcast.

Partner with the ABM/Integrated Marketing managers to develop an editorial calendar aligned to priority verticals, lines of business, buyer personas, and buying stages.

Identify high‑value topics that address the business challenges, market trends, and strategic priorities of TP’s target buyers.

Partner with executives, subject‑matter experts, customers, analysts, and industry influencers to develop differentiated content.

Manage the end‑to‑end webinar process, including topic development, speaker preparation, content creation, execution, follow‑up, and performance analysis.

Create webinar briefs, speaker guides, moderator questions, talking points, promotional copy, and follow‑up content.

Work with the ABM team to maximize registration, attendance, engagement, on‑demand consumption, and post‑event conversion.

Content Repurposing & GenAI Content Engine

Turn webinars, executive conversations, research, interviews, customer stories, presentations, and other long‑form content into high‑value content formats.

Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, content creation, and personalization—while maintaining strong human editorial judgment and brand standards.

Edit webinar recordings into snackable videos with compelling insights, executive perspectives, statistics, provocative questions, and actionable takeaways.

Develop strategies to turn webinars into evergreen content engines, extending their value beyond the live event through on‑demand content and short‑form snippets.

Content assets and experiences

Develop content—webinars, videos, blogs, infographics, POVs, FAQs, buyer guides, sales enablement snippets, executive briefs, customer case stories, buyers guides, etc.— that supports buyers through consideration, evaluation, and decision stages.

Translate complex TP solutions, capabilities, and customer outcomes into clear, compelling buyer‑oriented content.

Identify content gaps across the buyer journey and make recommendations to address them.

Adapt content to the needs of key industries, personas, buying committees, and lines of business.

Email Nurture & Lifecycle Content

Develop content strategies and assets supporting 1:Many, 1:Few, ABM, and line of business email nurture programs.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, SDRs and CSMs to align content to accounts, personas, industries, buying stages and intent signals.

Create nurture sequences and content to progressively educate, engage, and move prospects toward sales conversations.

Optimize content based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance.

Vertical & Line of Business Marketing

Ensure consistent messaging and narrative across channels and campaigns to support TP’s priority verticals and horizontal lines of business.

Partner with leaders to identify emerging topics, customer challenges, market shifts, and subject‑matter expertise that can become differentiated content.

Ensure content reflects the language, priorities, and buying criteria of the intended audience rather than simply describing TP’s capabilities.

Strengthen TP’s point of view in strategic growth areas including AI, CX, digital transformation, trust & safety, financial services, healthcare, and other priorities.

Maintain a centralized content calendar and establish standards, workflows, templates, and processes that improve content quality and speed to market.

Develop content briefs defining audience, business objective, buyer stage, key message, proof points, CTA, distribution strategy, and desired outcome.

Measurement & Optimization

Analyze performance to identify which topics, formats, personas, speakers, and content types drive the strongest engagement.

Continuously optimize the editorial calendar and content mix based on performance and buyer behavior.

Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to connect content engagement to account‑level and pipeline outcomes.

Establish performance measures for content programs, including registration, attendance, engagement, on‑demand consumption, MQL/engaged‑account progression, and opportunity influence and pipeline contribution.
