Manages all large distribution construction projects in the state with company and contractor resources. Manageworkload, resources and budgets. Support employees with internal company applications, knowledge of companyprocedures/standards, pre-design, pre- construction meetings, engineering drawings, job site inspections,assessing/resolving unforeseen conditions during construction, overseeing that work conforms with currentcontracts, construction standards and a Safe work environment. Manage distribution contract and bid process tosupport the safest and most cost effective contractors on the property.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
3 year operational supervisory/management experience with a degree or 6 years operational supervisory and/ormanagement experience without a degree.
Experience in managing/executing capital and/or O&M projects; Thorough understanding of procedures,programs, and standards; Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Strong analysis and problem solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Self-starter,independent worker, self-motivator; Strong computer skills.
