Our client, Prime Therapeutics, is seeking a Manager, Compliance - Remote. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and enforce compliance policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and business operations align with guidance.
  2. Investigate compliance issues collaboratively with Legal and HR.
  3. Represent the compliance team in contracts and enterprise projects, advocating for stakeholders.
  4. Provide expertise on policies related to ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc., and develop compliance metrics and reports.
  5. Manage compliance standards, procedures, and respond to regulatory changes.
  6. Lead or support audit and corrective action plans.
  7. Assess training needs and develop compliance training programs.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  2. At least 6 years in legal or compliance roles within healthcare or a regulated industry, with experience in Medicare, Medicaid, ACA.
  3. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  1. Exceptional communication skills.
  2. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Experience with enterprise training programs and compliance standards.
  4. Ability to interpret and present complex information effectively.
  5. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  6. Experience with licensing processes if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certifications like CCEP or CHC.
  2. Healthcare or PBM experience.
  3. Advanced degrees such as JD, MHA, MPA.
  4. Leadership experience.
Physical Job Requirements
  1. Travel up to 20%.
  2. Standard physical activities including sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual requirements.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports to Director or Senior Director in Compliance.
