Tyson Foods is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Programs Manager to lead enterprise license governance and social audit program efforts. You will oversee licenses and registrations across global operations while maintaining policy controls and reporting dashboards.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel/SAP skills to navigate regulatory changes and cross-functional collaboration.
The purpose of this position is to partner with the enabling functions and business groups in administering the planning execution and reporting of domestic and international compliance program elements to include the following risk areas: licensing and social compliance activities for Tyson and Cobb and global compliance programs; and the preservation activities associated with each element.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience
Advanced Excel skills are required for maintaining and reporting of compliance programs; and familiarity with SAP transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to prepare and present program material to large and small audiences.
Analytical and organizational skills to include budgeting and knowledge of compliance regulations and policy application.
