Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Programs Manager to lead enterprise license governance and social audit program efforts. You will oversee licenses and registrations across global operations while maintaining policy controls and reporting dashboards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel/SAP skills to navigate regulatory changes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for maintaining and reporting compliance data; familiarity with SAP transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting program material to varied audiences.
• Analytical and organizational skills including budgeting and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise license and permit governance for the organization.
• Oversee and manage all in-scope licenses and permits.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of licenses, permits, registrations, and related obligations globally.
• Establish policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring for license and permit management.
• Evaluate regulatory risks from changes in ownership, operations, and entities.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics for licensing compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting licensing and permitting obligations.
• Support social audit program administration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audit preparation and information collection across facilities.
