Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% in office tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals.
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to update on tools, processes and product changes.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives and conduct performance reviews and training compliance.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for sales representatives and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, market trends and competitive landscape, and build relationships with customers and partners.

• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks


• Develop andmaintaina comprehensive team territory plan while setting andmonitoringindividual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools


• Resolve customer complaints and address issuesimpactingsales operations to maintainefficiency

• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance


• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts,presentationsand sales

• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum’s product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners
