CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Assistant Director for the St. John Neumann School to implement community development programs and support faculty training. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field coupled with experience in school-based educational services. The Assistant Director will collaborate with partners to enhance the well-being of students and families within Lancaster, PA.

The Assistant Director works in conjunction and collaboration with the Director - St. John Neumann School to assure the delivery of appropriate learning, support services and engagement throughout the offerings of the School. The Assistant Director plans, implements and evaluates special projects within the school and is responsible for coordinating school documentation and reporting efforts in accordance with credentialing and licensure requirements.
