KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Communications to join our Corporate Affairs team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on communications projects, tasks, and deliverables that seek to shape, advance, and protect reputation to drive forward the firm's priorities
  • Support execution of tactical communications plans tied to business priorities, and serves as key contact and lead to develop as a trusted advisor
  • Directly supports initiatives tied to KPMG Private, our approach to serving the private markets, audit quality, AI and the future of the profession
  • Collaborate and execute on communications materials for multiple channels and both internal and external audiences; seek out opportunities to think differently, expand scope or accelerate awareness
  • Apply rigorous attention to research and metrics, incorporating insights and learnings into communications strategies to drive successful outcomes; deep experience with technology and the latest data and analytics tools
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships, proactively support other team members and projects, and coordinates communications efforts with wider team to ensure consistency; be an avid consumer of traditional news and social media, bringing external trends and case studies into our communications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience working in communications , preferably in an agency or professional services environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, including senior leadership, while demonstrating independent judgment, discretion, and a proactive approach in a competitive business environment
  • Strong experience developing successful communications strategies; agency experience preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for internal and external audiences; excellent attention to detail and creative thinking; skilled at using GenAI to facilitate tasks and responsibilities
  • Serve as editor for content strategy and support campaign coordination and execution; strong writing and project management skills; proactive team player and self-starter who exercises independent judgment and discretion and keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
