Job summary

Oakwood-Management-Company is seeking a Property Manager in Marysville, OH to oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties and drive tenant satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience using property management software, preferably Yardi Voyager.

You will manage leases, budgets, and maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and property value.
