SHI International seeks a Manager of Cloud Management Services to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation practice for enterprise engagements. You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF automation and operations, partnering with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership.

You will mentor a team of Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, build reusable architectures, and ensure secure, scalable outcomes for clients using VMware

This role owns technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations services using VMware by Broadcom’s Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) solutions. The Services Manager partners closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure the practice delivers high impact, secure, and scalable outcomes for enterprise, corporate and commercial clients using VMware by Broadcom technologies. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions, are $200,000 - $230,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
