Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and four years related work.
Two years in a charge nurse/leadership position.
Registered Nurse: WA upon hire.
BLS CPR certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations, programs and resources to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Plan, manage and develop clinical and administrative staff; conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor quality indicators; collaborate with departments to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
Participate in annual budget planning; monitor staffing levels and expenditures; manage service delivery to meet objectives.
Lead performance/quality improvement initiatives and ensure staff training and on-site guidance.
