Qualifications

• Two years in a charge nurse/leadership or equivalent position.
• Registered Nurse license in WA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations, programs and resources to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective patient care.
• Manages and evaluates staff performance, training, and development.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality improvement across clinical services.
• Participates in budget planning and staffing to meet organizational objectives.
• Leads and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and efficiency.
