Responsibilities

KPS Life is looking for a Manager of Clinical Services & Delivery (preferably within commuting distance to Malvern, PA). In this role you are responsible for leading and supporting the execution of clinical programs and teams within KPS Life’s Functional Service Provider (FSP) model. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction while providing day-to-day oversight of assigned clinical staff. The Manager partners closely with clients and internal leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality services that meet business and regulatory expectations

What You Will Do

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

• Provide line management, coaching, and performance oversight for assigned team members (e.g., CRAs, CTMs, CPMs, CTAs)
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions to foster engagement and professional growth
• Mentor and develop staff to support long-term career progression and strengthen functional capability within the FSP team
• Support the transition and onboarding of new staff to ensure business continuity and maintain established site relationships

PROGRAM DELIVERY & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinical service delivery within assigned client programs, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with GCP and client-specific requirements
• Monitor team performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, applicable regulations, and client quality standards
• Collaborate on budget tracking, utilization management, and other operational metrics to support cost-effective delivery

CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client functional leads, maintaining strong communication and ensuring alignment on priorities, resourcing, and expectations
• Participate in governance meetings, operational reviews, and client feedback sessions to support alignment and continuous improvement
• Partner with client and internal leadership to identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization
• Support proposal input or client discussions as requested by leadership

OPERATIONS & RESOURCE PLANNING

• Collaborate with internal resourcing and operations teams to plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects
• Contribute to business development efforts within existing accounts to expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships

What You Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably within an FSP environment
• Proven success in managing large, cross-functional teams. Previous Site Monitoring experience preferred.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development, particularly within existing accounts
• Proven current working knowledge of ICH E6 GCP and required local regulations, applicable and/or related to the performance of role duties and activities
