Job summary

KPS Life, headquartered near Malvern, PA, seeks a Manager of Clinical Services & Delivery to lead day-to-day clinical programs and teams within its FSP model. You will ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across programs, partnering with clients and internal leaders to uphold high-quality services.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in clinical operations, strong cross-functional leadership, and working knowledge of ICH E6 GCP.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably within an FSP environment.
Proven success in leading large cross-functional teams; prior Site Monitoring experience preferred.
Experience in client relationship management and business development within existing accounts.
Knowledge of ICH E6 GCP and local regulations relevant to role duties.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day clinical service delivery within assigned client programs, ensuring work is on time and compliant with GCP and client requirements.
Monitor team performance and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and client quality standards.
Collaborate on budget tracking, utilization management, and other operational metrics.
Serve as primary contact for client functional leads, maintaining strong communication and alignment.
Participate in governance meetings and client feedback sessions to support continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization with leadership.
